The aim of the operation is to develop and implement innovative solutions in the technology of cattle nutrition and breeding. operation includes more accurate automatic refreshing and pushing of the feed on the feed table. At the same time adding feed components to increase the productivity and health of cows.

Implementation of innovation - improved technology that improves the process of feeding feed served on the table. Strengthening the sanitary safety of the given feed by ventilating it and limiting secondary fermentations on the feed table and the development of pathogens. Implementation of an innovative method of orgarnization by reducing losses in feed components used in nutrition directly on the feed table.

Commonly used forms of feeding and subsequent tipping on the feed table constantly result in feed compaction, which negatively affects the quality of the feed and its reduced consumption, including the possibility of overheating and re-fermentation. The designed technology is intended to solve the major nuisances that accompany feed tipping: (a) the need for an employee to do the work, e.g. driving a mechanical vehicle equipped with a scraper. b) the refreshing of the forage caused by lying on the feed table at a standstill for a long time, which leads to an increase in its temperature and consequently to a deterioration of its properties and secondary fermentation and the development of pathogens. In addition, heated silage is reluctantly eaten by the cows, which results in a reduced feed intake. As a result, the feed is more readily taken up by the cattle and is only slightly affected by heat at high air temperatures. The higher intake frequency prevents the selective removal of i

The challenge, however, is to streamline the production process in such a way that the prepared feed components do not re-distribute through selective feed intake, retain their properties and do not undergo secondary decomposition processes. By doing so, we plan to comprehensively influence feed consumption efficiency, reduce rafts and monitor the feeding process. The "Feed 360" technological system is designed not only to refresh, but also to adapt to the changing seasons and weather conditions, so that the forage being torn up retains its structure, which has an additional effect on its intake. Compared to systems currently on the market, the new Feed 360 technological system not only analyses feed parameters in greater depth, but also influences the structure of the feed in specific time units. In addition, it enables a new shaping of its parameters in defined and programmed parameters according to the expectations of the farmer. In this way, the feeding process is monitor

The implementation of rational feed management by improving the efficiency of feed intake, reducing waste production, reducing the risk of spoilage in the heating of feed, improving its hygienic quality and consequently increasing the health and productivity of cows can contribute to the reduction of disease units. An improved method of organising the management of feed quality and the process of increasing feed intake by dairy cows - the use of Feed 360 will make it possible to introduce into the feeding management of dairy cows algorithms that constantly analyse feed intake in relation to the current microclimate conditions in the barn. The proposed solution will improve and increase the intensity and economics of production with a high level of safety for the animals and optimisation of operations.
