The aim of the Operation is to organize a farm producing wine and ciders based on own production, protected against pathogens with the use of plant protection products produced directly on the farm. Innovative technology for the production of raw materials for cider and wine will enable the production of a regional product that is unique on the market. The main objective of the operation will be achieved through the implementation of specific objectives, including: a. establishment of a modern vineyard and apple orchard; b. setting up plots with plants; which will be used as a basis for creating innovative herbal preparations for plant protection and conditioning; c. performing analyzes on the condition of shrubs in the first and second year of cultivation, analyzing the nutritional status of plants, d. estimating the production size of plants, e. making final products from fruit grown in accordance with the idea of the project from previous plantings belonging to members of the Operat

As part of the operation, a model farm with the required parameters will be planned and built. During the implementation of the operation, a number of studies will be carried out on the vine and alternative methods of protecting the vineyard using own resources. The effect of the operation will be assessed on the basis of: the quality of the must and juice, the quality of the final product, the degree of infection of selected plant fragments (bush, tree, leaves, fruit)

Wine cultivation in Poland is developing very dynamically, and the number of registered vineyards is increasing significantly each year. In the wine year 2021/2022, there are as many as 380 entities (KOWR website) that have decided to produce wine for marketing. At the same time, the production of ciders is dynamically developing, both in small breweries and larger enterprises. Manufactured wines and ciders, as well as beer from local breweries, are an interesting alternative to consuming high-proof alcohols, which are less beneficial for health. The sale of this type of liquor usually takes place directly on the farm, it is combined with gaining knowledge about how to grow plants and produce the liquor. Consumption is enriched by tasting local products and regional dishes, and visits are combined with exploring local traditions, culture and monuments. There is an untapped gap in the market related to the offer of premium regional products with high pro-health and pro-environmental val

Developing a high-quality regional product with increased taste, production and utility values. The product is made with respect for the principles prevailing in nature and with care for the natural environment. The product's distinguishing feature from the rest.

The results of the operation are closely related to its objectives. And so the overriding result of the operation is the development and implementation in practice of an innovative farm model. The farm model is based on a closed production cycle and the use of plants from own crops to prepare biological plant protection products and preparations that improve soil properties or condition vines and apple trees. This result will be achieved by establishing plots with functional plants in the area of operation of the operational group, used to produce the preparation. Innovative grape and apple cultivation technology will be implemented by developing technological cards for cultivation using means of protection of own production and assessing the effectiveness of their operation based on the analysis of the condition and nutrition of plants. Another goal of the Operation is to produce an innovative product - a batch of wines and ciders produced using the method developed in the project, based on fruit plantings owned by the producer.

Development of technology for effective protection against pest diseases in the vineyard, selected vineyards. Reducing the purchase costs of plant protection products, eliminating synthetic agents and replacing them with preparations of natural origin.
