Shortening supply chains from farmer to consumer and ensuring stable production and supply, realised through joint logistics, marketing activities and cooperation in the sale of products within the operational group.

After analysing the market, we came to the conclusion that customers are looking for products of known origin from local producers. By having direct contact with the producer, customers are assured of the origin and freshness of the goods and can get answers to questions about production. As part of the measure, the group intends to use the experience of the leader and the funding to enable other group members to reach a wider range of consumers with their products. The purchase of the vehicle will enable our consortium to ensure the stability and fluidity of deliveries, as well as fast delivery times. This will allow consortium members to start distributing products through distribution channels not used so far, such as Internet sales or sales at fairs and markets, also outside the borders of the Małopolska voivodeship.
