Development and implementation of a new technology for fruit production, storage and development of a new system and procedures of quality certification and marketing methods for fruit "without residue" will be achieved through: - performance of research studies aimed at the development of cultivation technology and cataloging of agrotechnical treatments for the new "no residue" cultivation system in relation to three basic fruit crops (apple, strawberry, blueberry) and broken down into individual species (expected inclusion of at least 12 different experiments in the operation) in apple dessert varieties, - industrial implementation of a new technology of fruit cultivation in an area of ​​approx. 45 ha, both exposed and under cover (tunnel), including the development and construction of prototype spraying devices adapted to treatments with biological contact agents that largely eliminate synthetic agents - implementation of implementation studies at the stage of

The planned results are: - scientific development of dessert fruit cultivation technology eliminating synthetic pesticide residues from the final product. - Development of detailed agrotechnical recommendations for commodity dessert fruit cultivation eliminating synthetic agent residues for individual fruit types, taking into account the requirements of the individual fruit species. - carrying out the implementation of the developed technologies and agrotechnical recommendations in individual dessert fruit species - development of designs and construction of a prototype device for conducting protective measures in tunnel crops of strawberry, dedicated to contact biological protective measures - development of implementation reports on the basis of the research carried out, and development of storage studies with research reports - development of an economic study for the new cultivation system - establishment of technological and formal-legal procedures for the new residue-free fruit certification system - establishment and organisation of a certification body for crops and fruit without synthetic residues - dissemination of the results of the project through the development of publications in agricultural periodicals - the establishment of a training scheme for farmers willing to join the scheme, taking into account technological and economic factors - production of at least one scientific publication
