Participants of the consortium, by joint work and action, with the involvement of funds under the measure COOPERATION covered by the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 subject of the operation: creation of short supply chains on a flat-rate payment basis, will create a short supply chain consisting of organising production, distribution and transactions between the food producer and the consumer in a way that minimises the number of intermediaries involved in the process and concerns products covered by Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. A system will be developed for the marketing, sale and distribution of products directly from the farmer, based on diversified channels of communication with the consumer and forms of sale: at the market in Stąporków in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship; telephone or e-mail order; sale at the local market: at the market in Nowy Targ and markets in neighbouring towns; sale at the production centre; sale directly from the farm�

Participants in the Traditional Flavours group, acting together, will create a system of local products: will launch sales on their farms; increase the quality of their production with a view to meeting customer needs; increase the range of products they produce and sell; identify/develop additional opportunities to increase revenue resulting from the operation of the system (e.g. logistics or storage services).
