The operation in which 6 farmers are involved in the FLAVORS OF POGÓRZA operational group set itself the goal of creating a new SFC based on wines from handicrafts, cheese and vegetables as well as fruit blending in with wines as part of the so-called cheese boards, including the construction of a tasting cellar, purchase of tasting cellar equipment, launch of the WIna Bank, purchase of a trailer for sale during events and events, which is also a means of transport and offering products under a common brand directly from farmers through sales directly on the farm, at designated points and on the Internet including through the so-called Bank of Wine. These actions lead to the elimination of intermediaries in the supply chain and contribute to increasing the income of farmers, on the other hand, reducing the final price of the product. The results will be new sales channels for cereal products offered by the operating group and an assortment of products, estimated at 16.

As a result of the implementation of the operation, farmers participating in it will be able to independently and jointly sell their products to end consumers and eliminate intermediaries. New channels and forms of direct sales will be created, as well as the necessary infrastructure, such as a tasting cellar for tasting and selling the group's products, Bank Wina, and sales stands are created at selected points. The forms and channels of direct sales will also be expanded, including electronic tools such as an online store and an application. Sales will also be conducted under a common brand, including during events and events from the purchased trailer (which is also a means of transport). Many of the proposed solutions will allow you to gain permanent sales markets and create a bond between the producer and the consumer. At the same time, the group plans to expand the number of farmers in its group so as to ultimately reach 7 suppliers of agricultural products and 18 different products.
