The consortium includes entities involved in the production of honey, bee pollen, bee quills and cheese. The goal of the group is to create a short supply chain, thereby working towards joint sales under a common logo . Joint promotion and advertising will allow the production and sale of larger batches of food of the highest possible quality. In response to market demand, the group will introduce several sales models : 1) Direct sales from the manufacturing site, where the customer will be able to choose the goods themselves. 2) Traditional sales at local markets. 3) The Consortium will offer its goods on the Podlasie e - bazaar and website and Facebook page. 4) The next form will be delivery directly to the consumer. The operation will purchase equipment used in the production, processing and sale of honey, bee pollen and cheese including means of transport.

Thanks to the cooperation, the group will have products offered for sale to final consumers of the highest quality, which will allow it to build a stable customer base. A wider assortment produced under one brand will make it easier for customers to buy in one place. It will shorten the supply chain from field to table, eliminating middlemen, which will be beneficial for both producers and consumers. Reducing intermediaries and contacts will translate into higher quality products.
