The main goal of the Olewińscy Group is to build a short food supply chain from individually operating producers, omitting intermediaries, creating new products, including organic, launching joint direct sales and building and popularising a new pro-ecological Warmia brand. The group wants to utilise the potential of a family consisting of two generations of farmers who combine traditional and regional values with ecology. In addition to combining diverse individual production into one wider offer, the operation plans to start up milk and fruit processing and thus increase income. The Group's aim is also to create new distribution channels, both traditional and online, and to launch joint sales outside the Warminsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship in order to popularise the created brand and the native region, as well as to increase production and direct sales. As part of the operation, Grupa Olewińscy will create new products, including ecological ones, and new distribution channels ensuring a sustainable supply of healthy food. As part of the group's operation, the supply chain will be shortened by eliminating middlemen, and as a result, expanding outlets and increasing market competitiveness. The real benefit will also be the development of new direct sales models such as direct deliveries, internet sales and sales at various types of markets and bazaars in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and outside it. Above sales models will shorten the delivery time, improve the quality of the offered products and increase the quality of consumer service, which will result in an increase in the income of farms involved in the project. As part of the operation, an online store will be launched, which will contain the product offer of all GO members. It will not only be a new distribution channel for the Group, but also a promotional channel for the local brand built using online channels and social media.
