Innovative model for the sale of products through cooperation between farmers and beekeepers

The aim of the operation is to set up a short supply chain involving six farmers involved in cooperation in the joint marketing of beekeeping products, fruit, vegetables and potato tubers directly to consumers. The farmers' task is to comprehensively supply five outlets with the agricultural and beekeeping products on offer. Sales at the newly established sites will continue even after the contractual obligation period. Planned effects of the operation: obtaining a minimum of 1500 direct consumers, sales of at least 21 items of the assortment, respectively at the following levels: honey 1350 kg/year, bee pollen 5 kg/year, potatoes 65 000 kg/year, tomatoes 2000 kg/year, carrots 1300 kg/year, peppers 700 kg/year , onions 1000 kg/year, beetroot 1300 kg/year, garlic kg/year, cabbage 2500 kg/year , leek 500pcs/year, celery 1000 kg/year, head lettuce 4000 pcs. /year, radish 1000 bunches/year, dill 500 bunches/year, cauliflower 400kg/year, kohlrabi 1500 pcs/year, broccoli 200 kg/year, au

The group aims to have trusted customers who can buy local produce from a reliable source. Fruits, vegetables and beekeeping products will be offered at favourable prices thanks to the reduction of all intermediaries. The established outlets will be the best solution for customers who can purchase several products in one place. This will streamline the shopping experience for consumers and increase sales for farmers.
