Creation of a short food supply chain using various sales models, through the cooperation of farmers from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship, which will enable increasing competitiveness, minimizing the share of intermediaries and increasing the income of chain participants. The main task of the operation is to market 23 agricultural products by better integration with the agri-food chain through a quality system, adding value to agricultural products, promotion on local markets and short supply cycles.

The creation of the Sam Swoi operating group will allow for lowering the cost of the product by eliminating brokers, greater recognition in the market and reaching to more consumers. Direct sale of agricultural products from own farms, guaranteeing a high-quality product, will allow for greater education in the field of healthy eating.
