The consortium is being formed as a response to the growing demand for quality food products and interest in buying such products directly from the producer. The group is made up of producers of organic potatoes, strawberries, potatoes abd vegetables, as well as a beekeeper offering honey and other bee products. Recently, there has been interest in buying produce straight from the field or directly from the producer's premises. This way of selling eliminates intermediaries, increases the profitability of farms and also offers a fresh, good-quality product of know origin. Operating under a common logo, website, and joint implementation of a coherent sales strategy will make it possible to reach a wider audience, even outside the Podlaskie Voivodeship. One farmer grows and sells organic potatoes and strawberries, another farmer is a beekeeper and offers honey, bee pollen and bee feathers. The other members of the consortium are potato, pumpkin, sweetcorn producers The individual members of the group want to work together to increase their production, to reach more consumers.

The Group intends to introduce the following sales models: 1) Sales from the field or from the producer's premises. This method of sale is justified by the increasing interest in buying products directly from farmers by guestsand owners of agritourism farms in the region. Customers - inhabitants of the Sejny poviat and neighbouring poviats - are interested in collecting directly from the producer. The sale will take place in the villages of: Punsk, Krejwiany, Przystawance, Polunce. 2) Sales at marketplaces in Sejny, Suwałki and olecko will allow us to reach customers who are less mobile, elderly people and residents of these towns. 3) Delivery to the place of the ordered products in Podlaskie Voivodeship and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship.
