Operational group leader - Folwark Wąsowo Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. is a small producer of vegetable and fruit preserves produced with traditional and ecological methods. As part of the gastronomic activity, it also plans to develop the production of cold meats. The leader's tasks: 1. Accepting orders 2. Handling payments 3. Logistics of orders 4. Realizing the sales goals of the group 5. Building a customer base 5. Maintaining accounts in social media, websites and an online store 6. Taking photos, mat. 7. Conducting advertising campaigns. The leader's task will also be to deliver the following products: Organic small beetroot, Organic beetroot beetroot, Beetroot with apple, Beetroot with roasted apple, Organic beetroot with cranberry, Organic beetroot with honey, Organic beetroot, Venison cold cuts, Dried sausage, Beef cold cuts. Characteristics of the target customer: The recipient of the products offered within the group, i.e. high-quality products manufactured using ecological, traditional and environmentally friendly methods, are to be customers who are aware of the adventage and value of these products, have knowledge and beliefs that build the need to purchase these products. They are clients determined in their attitude towards the environment and a model of life for sourcing the products offered by the group. These will mainly be individual customers from large cities such as the nearby Poznań, but also residents of nearby medium-sized towns such as Nowy Tomyśl, characterized by high GDP per capita, which largely translates into the possibility of purchasing high-quality products. Customers Those living in cities who, due to limited access to fresh products, incl. offered by the group, taking advantage of the ease of placing orders, complementarity of the offer and convenient home delivery, will be the main addressees of the group's promotional and marketing activities. Orders will be processed through three channels: 1. Direct deliveries: Through the on-line store, it will be possible to order products with home delivery throughout the year. The delivery of these products (often fresh, requiring refrigerated transport) will be possible thanks to the purchase of a refrigerated truck. Deliveries are planned within 100 km from Wąsowo, where the logistics point will be located. The range of deliveries will include towns from the Wielkopolskie and Lubuskie voivodeships, as well as other neighboring voivodships. 2. Deliveries with shipment and the possibility of delivery throughout the country: Through the store, it will be possible to order durable products - after pasteurization and sterilization and not requiring refrigerated transport with shipment and delivery via a courier company. 3. Direct stationary sales - points of sale in Wąsowo and Poznań. Due to the creation of new, permanent points of sale in the form of stationary and online, the customer from the region will always be able to purchase the offered products without having to look for them in selected stores. Thanks to the cooperation within the short supply chain, the operational group will have more, adequate to the demand for a high-quality, uniform product. This will allow you to develop a stable customer base. A wider range offered under one recognizable brand will allow you to shop in one place.
