The aim of the project is to strengthen the logistics of joint sales of the group members' products, which will translate into the possibility of reaching individual customers more widely and maintaining the high quality of the dessert fruit proposed for sale. Reaching the end recipient bypassing intermediaries, within the created operational group, using the purchased machines and devices. Cost reduction, improvement of customer service quality, profit maximization.

The creation of the Owocowo Mocni Operational Group will allow the consumer to buy products directly from farmers, bypassing intermediaries and distributors, receiving, as expected, fresh, higher-quality products with enhanced health and nutritional values, without unnecessary storage and repackaging. The customer will have open access to information about the origin and method of manufacturing the products offered for sale. The consortium includes a group of 5 farmers willing to develop direct deliveries. We produce fruit that is sold in small quantities to the retail market and local bazaars, and mainly to the wholesale market. As part of the co-financing, we will purchase a car with a refrigerator, thanks to which the products we offer will stay fresh longer and will quickly reach the recipient. The car will enable us to reach consumers also from the Mazowieckie voivodship with the products. The established online store will mainly provide information about the products available for sale, as well as their prices. Orders can be placed electronically and by phone. The goods will also be delivered to customers directly to the door in accordance with the order placed. The close proximity to running the farms of individual members will affect the very efficient organization of joint logistics and sales. Ultimately, we will also sell to retail stores in Warsaw, Sochaczew and Łódź. We will build awareness of our brand and its positive image. We will strive to make our logo recognizable and associated with fresh products of known origin and the highest quality. Thanks to the cooperation, the group will have at its disposal a greater amount of diversified product that it will be able to offer to the client, which will allow building a stable customer base and regular food recipients. The operation provides for a diversified assortment, including 3 products, blackcurrant, cherries and cherries, the target is to expand the assortment with apples and plums.
