The purpose of the operation carried out by the \"SOKOWOC SP Z O.O.\" Operating Group is the production of fruit juices, fruit wines from fruit supplied by consortium members and dried fruit. The establishment of the Operational Group is also aimed at improving the organization of sales of manufactured products to end users (consumers) by creating a website and an online store. The offered products will be fully identifiable by the common logo of the Group and the product description in terms of composition, method of production and origin. In carrying out the operation, we intend to develop two directions of distribution: firstly, launching an online store, and secondly, selling directly on the farm, which will allow the consumer to see how food is produced. The Operational Group consists of 6 farmers producing apples, pears, apricots, cherries, plums and peaches. Thanks to the cooperation, the group will have more homogeneous goods at its disposal, which will allow for the creation of a brand under a common logo and the creation of a customer base interested in healthy food. A wide range of products under one brand will make it easier for customers to buy in one place, shorten the supply chain from field to table, eliminate middlemen, which will be beneficial for both producers and consumers. The development of internet sales technology will provide the consumer with access to information about the products offered, i.e. where they come from and how they were made.
