Organizing joint sales and promotion of products manufactured by individual producers allowed us to achieve the main goal, which was to create a short food supply chain and omit the sales broker. We developed a local product brand under a common logo (Sudetes Producers), we organized a mobile joint sales point, and a mobile application was created.
During the implementation of the activities, we also organized a family picnic, where we presented a mobile joint sales point. All activities were preceded by a local advertising campaign (leaflets, newspaper article, local news portals, social media).
The aim was also to increase the profitability of farms, improve processing efficiency and increase the range of available products. Producers also purchased equipment to integrate new products into the short supply chain. Thanks to investments in the development of farms, we managed to achieve this goal. All activities allowed to integrate the environment of producers, giving hope for further development of cooperation.

- expanding the sales area for the manufacturer thanks to the use of a mobile sales trailer,
