The aim of the operation is to create a short food supply chain by organizing cooperative sale and promotion of products manufactured by members of the operational group. By organizing cooperative sales, we understand the use of, for example solutions like mobile selling point, application for mobile devices, creating common logo. The aim is also to increase the profitability of individual farms, improve the efficiency of production and processing, increase the range of manufactured products and improve the quality of products. It can be achieved by investing in the development of farms, production and processing sites.

The main benefits resulting from the implementation of the proposed solutions will be: - increasing the profitability of farms thanks to investments in farms, - shortening the food supply chain due to the elimination of middlemen, - improving the quality of products and increasing the range offered for sale thanks to cooperative sales, The mobile point of sale will also directly contribute to increasing the availability of the offered products for consumers and increasing the area of trade for producers. All the implemented activities are aimed at creating a database of regular customers. Promotional activities are aimed at encourage new customers.

Organizing joint sales and promotion of products manufactured by individual producers allowed us to achieve the main goal, which was to create a short food supply chain and omit the sales broker. We developed a local product brand under a common logo (Sudetes Producers), we organized a mobile joint sales point, and a mobile application was created. During the implementation of the activities, we also organized a family picnic, where we presented a mobile joint sales point. All activities were preceded by a local advertising campaign (leaflets, newspaper article, local news portals, social media). The aim was also to increase the profitability of farms, improve processing efficiency and increase the range of available products. Producers also purchased equipment to integrate new products into the short supply chain. Thanks to investments in the development of farms, we managed to achieve this goal. All activities allowed to integrate the environment of producers, giving hope for further development of cooperation. The main benefits of using the solutions are: - elimination of intermediaries, - increasing the availability of our products to the consumer thanks to the mobile point of sale, - expanding the sales area for the manufacturer thanks to the use of a mobile sales trailer, - increasing the profitability of farms thanks to completed investments, - expansion of the assortment through joint sales, - brand identification through the use of a common logo and joint promotion.
