The aim of the "AGROBIAŁCZYN" Group is to build a short food supply chain by organizing individually operating producers, to create warehouse and distribution facilities, to launch joint direct sales, to build and popularize a new pro-ecological Warmia brand. The Group wants to use the family potential of two generations of farmers who combine traditional and regional values ​​with ecology, but also with new forms of marketing and sales. In addition to combining differentiated individual production into one, wider offer, the operation also plans to start processing and introduce new products for sale, including ecological ones, and thus increase income. The aim of the Group is also to create new distribution channels, both traditional and online, and to launch joint sales also outside the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in order to popularize the native region, its own brand and increase production and direct sales.

As a result of the operation, GRUPA AGROBIAŁCZYN will create new products, including ecological ones, and new distribution channels ensuring a sustainable supply of healthy food. As part of the Group's operations, the supply chain will be shortened by eliminating intermediaries and, as a result, expanding the sales markets and increasing market competitiveness. The real benefit will also be the development of new direct sales models such as direct deliveries, internet sales and sales at various types of markets and bazaars in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and outside it. The above sales models will shorten the delivery time, improve the quality of the offered products and increase the quality of consumer service, which will result in an increase in the income of farms involved in the project. As part of the operation, an online store will be launched, which will contain the product offer of all GO members. It will not only be a new distribution channel for the Group, but also a promotional channel for the local brand built using online channels and social media. As part of the action, the Group will also build its recognizable brand under which it will develop pro-ecological and natural production.
