The aim of the operation is to increase the profitability of farmers belonging to the operational group, through appropriate preparation for selling products produced on farms directly to end users as well as developing and launching tailored distribution channels, including digital ones. The Group plans to create a short supply chain based on the sale to direct consumers of products manufactured on the farms of the Group's members. Joint distribution of products will be carried out through sales at local markets, bazaars and through new distribution channels such as an online store, including the application and the possibility of collecting orders on profiles in social media (full offer)

The target state is the cyclical increase in sales of agricultural products directly to final recipients, with an increase of + 5% year on year. The Group plans to create a short supply chain based on the sale to direct consumers of products manufactured on the farms of the Group members. Joint distribution of products will be carried out through sales at local markets, bazaars and through new distribution channels such as an online store, including the application and the possibility of collecting orders on profiles in social media (full offer). The group will prefer early sale, and markets and bazaars will be one of the collection points for purchased products. The products will be packed in one place and delivered (delivered or shipped) to customers under appropriate sanitary conditions, so that they maintain the maximum freshness period for consumption. At the same time, the group plans to expand the number of farmers in its group so as to ultimately reach 6 suppliers of agricultural products. In terms of the number of recipients, the group members currently deliver their products to 8 consumers, and after the operation is completed, they plan to sell up to 80 per year. In addition, they plan to expand their product range from the current 8 to 10 after the end of the operation. The group plans to purchase the necessary equipment for the production and processing of products intended for sale to consumers in the first place. In addition, the group plans to prepare a coherent external communication based primarily on a common logo, which will be used both on the website (store), in the application for mobile devices and also on packaging and labels. The group wants to base its sales information on locality, quality and actions towards environmental sustainability, as well as showing the composition of all products as well as the methods and techniques of their production. The Group plans to sell products to recipients throughout Poland, via courier services dedicated to food products, but also deliveries to local recipients in the Mazowieckie and neighboring provinces using its own means of transport. Part of the assortment will be available only seasonally, due to, for example, the fruit harvest period, but at the same time the group offers a very diverse range, which will allow recipients to choose many interesting product packages.
