The main benefits and, at the same time, the result of the operation will be the implementation of product, technological and marketing innovations:
a) Products: Product innovation includes the development, implementation and dissemination of an innovative / innovative ecological probiotic beer containing live cells of the probiotic yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. bouladii. This beer will be preserved by refermentation with S. boulardii yeast. Such probiotic beer is not present on the Polish or international market.
b) Technology: The technology proposed in the project will be the first of its kind on an international scale, and as a strategic element it will use high-quality agricultural products from local farmers grown in an organic system (malt, whether or not roasted; Hop cones, fresh or dried, whether or not ground, powdered or in the form of pellets; lupulin; Masterpiece root; Masterpiece herb; White mulberry fruit; Elderberry flower; Coriander; Einkorn wheat (ancient grains). Currently, there is no technological line available on the domestic, European and global market, which was planned to be developed as a result of the research part of the operation in question.
c) Marketing - implementation of new marketing methods related to the production, processing and marketing of products by:
- an innovative marketing communication strategy aimed at creating an authentic brand will use the so-called “Story telling - a new form of identifying, associating and identifying the consumer with the product
- innovative tools for communicating with the client
- innovative distribution / sales channels.
