The aim of the project is to implement the "from field to table" concept and to reach as many local consumers as possible by the shortest possible route, while guaranteeing high quality products. In order to achieve the goal, the operating group has to purchase the necessary means of transport, a cold store and equipment for cutting and processing of beef quarters. The expected results are to market 8 products and supply a group of 70 consumers.

The consumer will receive high quality certified organic products, due to the control of every stage of their production. Organic farming is environmentally friendly and free of agrochemicals. Animals kept in the organic system are grazed for most of the year, fed with fodder harvested on the farm, and are never tethered or kept in stalls. This translates into high quality beef, which is lacking on local markets. The market for organic vegetables in Pomeranian Voivodeship is underdeveloped. By implementing the tasks of the operation we will be able to provide organic vegetables to interested consumers. The consumer will be able to see where the food comes from and how it was produced.
