Short food chains. Organizing a professional place to trade local food products as part of the shortening of the supply chain, coming directly from the producer and practical consumer education in direct contact with the producer. Launching a common place for selling products by producers and processors of local food, creating a responsive website for online ordering and sales at a point of sale or with delivery, consumer education, workshops, purchasing an electric car to transport products to customers and collecting raw materials from suppliers. Paper bags, wicker baskets. Store with processed products. Development of a common logo. The entire project will be consistent in terms of promotion and the goal of shortening the supply chain. Results: Number of farmers included in the operational group - 18, Number of consumers to whom the operational group will sell products from farmers included in this group - 1,500, Assortment of products offered for sale - Smoked trout, smoked whitefish, smoked eel, rainbow trout, sturgeon, carp, tench, crucian carp. Strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, pumpkin, beetroot, white cabbage, leek, rutabaga, fennel. Sauerkraut, dried fruits and vegetables. Apples, pears, plums, and blueberries. Goat's rennet cheese, goat's cottage cheese, goat's butter, yoghurt, milk. Honey, pollen, feathers. Eggs. Dairy products made of cow's milk. Pork meats, mutton meats, poultry, lagomorphs, lamb.

Ultimately, the group wants to promote a new exhibition space where only those entities that are actually producers, and not trade intermediaries, will be allowed for sale. Ultimately, during weekly fairs, workshops and promotions of individual producers in conjunction with representatives of science and consulting will be held in the hall. Trade fair events are planned at the beginning once a week, but there will also be a place for storing products and selling throughout the week. We want to increase the number of producers to at least 18 with the possibility of doubling this number.
