The main purpose of initiating the joint activity of the Zakątek Produktów Traditional operations is to create a channel to reach consumers without intermediaries. Currently, each of the producers sells only a small part of their products directly from the farm to the consumers, and the information about the availability of products is communicated to the so-called grapevine. The vast majority of products manufactured by the members of the group are sold by intermediaries who, on the one hand, reduce the producer's margin, and, on the other hand, through the costs and profits of the intermediaries, push up the final price offered to consumers.
