Improving the quality of the fruit produced by harvesting it quickly at optimal times. Promoting fruit from their farms by setting up a website and social media. Through all of this, gaining more income on the farm.

Improving fruit quality. Being competitive in the market. Gaining a brand and customers. Increasing income. Keeping their farms on the market. Getting workers to harvest the fruit. Being able to sell to the local market and neighbouring provinces. Expanding the distribution of their products.

The funds raised allowed us to purchase a fruit sorting machine and two cars. One car is used for delivering goods, while the other is a passenger car for driving workers to the orchards during seasonal work as well as throughout the year. Our goals included shortening the supply chain and maintaining high quality of fresh fruit delivered to consumers. Transporting the right number of workers to the harvesting sites in a short period of time translated into collecting more fruit at a much more optimal time. These measures translate into good product quality and therefore consumer satisfaction. All of this influences branding, the creation of which was our next goal. Purchased banners, flags and a logo on the farm building where the sorting, preparation and sales of our products take place helps promote our fruit and our brand. Purchased pens, stickers, stationery with logos and cartons for selling juices promote us as a group and help create a label for our brand. All of this translates into the acquisition of new customers. Expanding sales in provincial cities such as Bydgoszcz and Zielona Gora, where juices are mainly sold, allows us to manage some of the apple stock and acquire new customers. In the future, we plan to expand sales with dried fruits and chips, which we intend to make on our homesteads. With advertising, an established website and an online store, we can reach more people and be visible in the sales market. Mainly benefits: - Attracting new consumers, thanks to the implementation of a new model of short supply chains.\ - Improving the quality of the fruits sold and the property as a whole. - Increasing the profitability of group members by increasing sales. - Improving the quality of fruit sold. - Creating their own brand and gaining access to new markets through advertising (expanding into the Bydgoszcz and Zielona Góra areas). - Informing consumers about the origin of products. - Improving the competitiveness of the group members. - Developing marketing skills in promoting fruit attracting new consumers. - Building loyalty and trust between customer and producer. - Eliminating more than two middlemen in the sales process.
