The purpose of the operation is to create a short supply chain and increasing the degree of cooperation and shared sale through participation in fairs, marketplaces, cooperatives and CSA.

The benefit will be to expand the client networks directly supplied in a consortium. Increasing the assortment of fruit, vegetables and fruit products, vegetable, cereal and oily products. After receiving the planned aid, the consortium will gain a stable situation on the market, thanks to which they will be able to sell the manufactured products without complications. The financial aid obtained at the loss has enabled the purchase of the machinery and equipment needed to process the harvested crop, which will make it easier to build a wide range of products for different customer groups. The wide range of products for sale will allow a broad portfolio of products to be built throughout the year. This will ensure the financial stability of the consortium members. Thanks to the diversity of products, they will reach a wide range of customer groups and will be able to deliver throughout the year. This will also maximise productivity and the use of machinery and equipment throughout the year. We will rely on production from raw materials obtained on the farms of the consortium members. This will enable us to offer customers the best quality products at affordable prices.

As part of the project, equipment was purchased to process harvested vegetables, fruit, cereal grains and oilseed crops, and will allow the harvest to be processed in a consortium. Processed fruit and vegetables will be produced with the help of, among others, a shredder, a hydropress or a brewing boiler. Oils will be made from raw materials produced on the farms of the consortium members through the purchase of an oil press. Flours and cereal products will be made from cereals produced on the consortium's own farms thanks to the purchase of a mill and flaker. The purchased car will improve customer service and the exhibition tent will contribute to better promotion.
