The operation in which 11 farmers from the LIPICKIE SMAKI operational group are involved, set itself the goal of creating a new SFC based on old grain varieties, including the purchase of a grain huller, a grain processing line with a mill and a purification plant, as well as a mill for grinding grain grains into flour. and offering products directly from farmers by selling them directly on the farm, at designated points and on the Internet. The results will be new sales channels for cereal products offered by the operating group and an assortment of products, estimated at 11.

As a result of the implementation of the operation, farmers cultivating old varieties of cereals will be able to clean the grain of husk and other impurities related to the cultivation on their own, and sell it as grain or grind and sell it in the form of flour. The forms and channels of direct sales will also be expanded, including electronic tools such as an online store and an application.
