The aim of the project is create a short supply chain and cooperation in the distribution of agricultural products, which will improve the competiveness of farmers on the market. Farmers will be able to offer their fresh, unpreserved, healthy premium products to consumers close to where they live. It will be possible through the sale by farmers of their products at fairs, exhibitions, thematic fairs and periodically in places of the greatest interest in them, using a mobile sales store (car) and a refrigerated truck transporting products as requred.

The operation will enable consumers to access high-quality, natural products close to where they live. It will also allow to shorten the time between the production of the product and its purchase by the final consumer, thus preserving the freshness and high quality of products, as well as the farmer's controm over the product until its purchase. Joint sales also mean a reduction in unit sales costs for farmers and a wider range of products for customers. Direct sales enable building a relationship and trust between the producer and the customer, which in turn leads to the creation of many relatively stagle distribution channels.

As part of the operation, a mobile sales shop (truck) and a refrigerated truck transporting products as required were purchased. A short supply chain was thus created and cooperation on the distribution of agricultural products started, improving farmers' competitiveness on the market. The realisation of the operation provides consumers with access to high-quality, natural products close to where they live. It also shortens the time between the production of the product and its purchase by the final consumer, thus preserving the freshness and high quality of the products, as well as the farmer's control over the product until it is purchased. Joint selling also means a reduction in unit costs, sales for farmers and a wider range for customers. Direct selling enables a bond, a trust, to be built between the producer and the consumer, which in turn leads to the creation of many relatively sustainable distribution channels.
