Creating shortened supply chain through creating market places and sales platform - online shop and also opportunity of the seasonal participation in regional events, festivals and markets, mainly during summer seasons. We would like to create a short supply chain and in result make it easier for consuments to buy wide range of healthy products directly from farmers and also selling in an online shop. Kobiałka Świętokrzyska is open to different consumer groups for whom we have tried to prepare atrractive trade offer. Those groups were analized in terms of different criteria; social (social status, education, profession), demographic (age, sex, place of living), economic (income level). That is the reason why we are open not only to consumers form towns and cities, but also to rural areas. Stable market places and sales platform - o

The operation takes into account the overall, visible increase in consumer awareness in our region, and in particular the growing need to enrich the forms of trade with the accompanying offer, consisting of the promotion of local products, environmental education, tasting and presentation of self.made products. The Covid 19 pandemic caused, on the one hand, a significant increase in the popularity of distance shopping, online sourcing with delivery to the door of the house, but on the other hand, it accumulated the enormous needs of interpersonal contacts, participation in outdoor collective events, i.e. planned for the realisation Family Farm Fairs, offering products for sale in farms that are members of the product group, etc. Even in the \"pre-pandemic\" times, the popularity of the so-called culinary tourism, enotourism (visiting various vineyards) combined with agritourism increased. After the pandemic subsides, the popularity of outdoor commercial events and culinary tourism will increase even more, which makes it possible to expect the planned operation to be successful. Shortening the food supply chain means, above all, better quality of products that we will offer to customers, lower prices and an individual approach to consumers. It is from the farmer that the supply chain begins, and it is the farmer who should receive a significant part of the profits. Nowadays, it is very important for us to offer fresh, healthy, organic food that will come directly from farmers in our region. The products will be available for purchase directly from farmers, among others during the Eco Bazzar, Family Farm Fairs and through the online store. As a result, our products will reach a wider audience in our voviodeship and beyond.
