The aim of the operation is an innovative form of cooperation, as well as distribution of diversified agricultural products. It consists in creating a short supply chain of agricultural producers through their better integration. Moreover, the aim of the operation is to improve the competitiveness and the quality of products manufactured by the EPI operational group, promote them on the local markets and developed short delivery cycles. The goals of the task - the establishment of the EPI Operational Group under the name "The Unforgettable Flavours" will be to create and develop a short supply chain which will consist in organizing and introducing food products to the market as well as joint sales, distributon and promotion of the products. Tasks in the project are: 1. To Establish a joint point of sales - stationary / mobile, 2. To create the EPI Group website, 3. To create the mobile application of the EPI Group, 4. To set up the EPI Group online store, 5. Establish joint promotion and distribution of products through unified logos, labels, quick delivery to customers (directly by scooter). Task Implementation Plan: The EPI operating group called Unforgettable Flavors includes six farmers with a diverse range of products. So far, sales of farm products have been limited by selling to local consumers mostly from home and at the market. During the target period, the EPI operating group has set out to create a short supply chain by expanding the existing range of products produced by each farmer and organizing joint sales, distribution and promotion of products, as well as expanding sales beyond the Podlaskie province.

In the short supply chain, the key to the product selling is the variety of the assortment. When purchasing equipment for the product processing, the hygiene is essential, as well as preserving the nutritional value of the products over a longer period of time. All the factors mentioned above are the strong reason for the creation of the short supply chain as well as operating it. Common labels (assigned and standarizied only to our group), with information about the products and their origin, will help to sell the products in a safe and reliable way. The joint logo and the brand of our consortium will increase the quality of the products.
