The aim of the programme realised by the “Spizarnia - lokalne pożywienie” group is selling agricultural products to the final customers through a scheme of direct sale from the producers to the customer without intermediaries, with a common brand name of the group to boost recognition of the producers. During realisation of the programme we aim to expand three directions of selling channels: 1. Selling through an internet shop 2. Setting up a cooled locker machine in Częstochowa with self-service pick-up delivery of products 3. Selling directly on farms of the producers, and by this allowing the customers to observe the process of food production. The Operational Group consists of 5 farmers who are producing milk and dairy products, vegetables, and canopy oil. Thanks to having a wide variety of food and agricultural products and offering delivery directly to the customers we will strengthen our position on the market and will raise the profitability of our farms.

Thanks to the cooperation, the group will be able to stock larger amounts of unified products, which will allow developing a brand under a common name and logo, which will allow building client base interested in healthy food. A wide variety of products sold under one brand will introduce to the clients the possibility of purchasing the food in one place, will shorten the process of delivering products from a field to the kitchen table, and will reduce intermediaries in the shopping process, which is positive both for producers and consumers. Introducing the technology of internet shopping will provide the customers with rich information about the products, such as place of production and information about the process of production.
