The aim of the operation is to create a short supply chain of products by starting joint sales directly to the customer, in order to better communicate with the consumer and promote the goods on local markets. After recognizing local markets and numerous inquiries from individual customers interested in buying fruit and vegetables directly, it was decided to create a short supply chain by establishing cooperation and commencing joint sales of fresh fruit and vegetables directly to the consumer, at the point of sale planned for the device. Farmers will deliver their agricultural products to the point of sale and sell them through the Association as the only cceptable intermediary, which will increase the popularity of agricultural products produced by farmers belonging to the Association and thus also increase the sale of these products. An assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables, i.e. blueberries, fresh plums, dessert apples and cucumbers, will provide the consumer with a wide choice of products and a sufficient quantity of a given product in one place, from the beginning of summer until late autumn. In order to meet all the requirements of direct sales and Good Hygiene and Production Practice, the operating group plans to create the necessary technical facilities for joint sales, i.e. to build a 35 m2 building, to pave a maneuvering area around the building and to fence the property. The erection of a fence around the entire plot of land is necessary in order to adequately protect the facility and goods from break-ins, theft, as well as animals. It is planned to purchase the necessary equipment, i.e. a pallet truck, a weighbridge, small scales to weigh out smaller quantities of produce, as well as crates and a truck trailer for collecting and transporting fruit and vegetables from farmers who own cars but do not have a trailer. A well-equipped farm complex will contribute to the efficient collection and loading of the delivered fruit and vegetables from the producer to the end user.
