The operation foresees the creation of a close relationship between the agricultural producers growing fruit, the leader of the consortium processing fruit into juices, and creating direct contacts with the direct consumer of juices, bypassing intermediaries and other stores. Currently, agricultural producers sell fruit to various entities with a small margin. The planned operation will allow high margins to be achieved through the association of consortium partners by selling directly to end consumers the agricultural products processed into juices - an attractive product for consumers. As part of the operation, the consortium will run an online store where sales will be conducted directly to consumers, as well as intensive promotion of the consortium on the Internet will be carried out in order to increase the sales volume and promote the consortium's brand.
