The objective of the operation was achieved: to create a short supply chain for snails, vegetables and fruit by building a storage facility, purchasing a means of transport and launching new distribution channels. The constructed storage facility with a packing house for the goods and the purchased means of transport allowed the food supply chain to be shortened. The new sales channels made it easier for customers to access fresh food from farmers. The results were an increase in the availability of fresh food, a reduction in storage and transport costs, and an increase in the group's profitability

The main benefits for the consumer of the results of the operation are greater availability of fresh yet cheap food products, the possibility to order them online including transport; saving time. In addition, the customer obtains information on how the food was produced and its origin.

The aforementioned project objectives have been met.
