The creation of a short supply chain for snails, vegetables and fruit and their preserves through the purchase of food processing equipment, the purchase of a means of transport and the launch of new distribution channels. The creation of a website and mobile application facilitated quick access to the products offered by the farmers. As a result of the operation, there has been an increase in the availability of fresh food offered by the group, a reduction in storage and transport costs, and an increase in the group's profitability.

The main benefits of the opration results for the consumer are the increased availability of fresh yet cheap food products such as snails, cucumbers, carrots and processed fruit and vegetables. The possibility to order them online including transport is a convenience for the customer. In addition, the customer gets information on how the food was produced and its origin on the label.

The aforementioned project objectives have been met.
