Miodo Miody Premium is a distribution channel for the highest quality, certified Polish honey. GO is made up of 6 farmers-beekeepers. Honey will come from our apiaries and from the beekeepers we invite to cooperate. The goal of GO is to create a direct supply chain of honeys selected by us, with certificates of obtaining and testing physicochemical properties, directly from the beekeeper to the consumer, regardless of the distance between them. For the implementation of the project, it is assumed to build a pavilion for a beekeeping laboratory of a honey bottling plant with equipment and storage and forwarding facilities, constituting the GO distribution base, purchase of a delivery vehicle that allows the transport of own honey and honey obtained from apiaries to the GO honey bottling plant, as well as building an online store constituting the basis for reaching customers. The expected effect is to build a customer base that is aware of the product, which is honey of proven high quality and place of production.

In the first stage, the project will enable the beekeepers associated with GO to build a hardware and logistics infrastructure that will allow the launch of a honey bottling plant that meets sanitary and veterinary requirements. This is the physical basis for expanding the scale of operations beyond door-to-door sales in close proximity and giving credibility to the business by expanding product surveillance through sanitary inspections and certified product laboratories. The equipment planned in the project will allow GO to build, in the second stage of the project, an online distribution channel based on the store and social media. Its task will be not only to sell, but also to promote the properties of various features of quality honeys and the benefits offered to the consumer by reaching for such products, despite their higher price. In this regard, we aim to reach conscious consumers, ready to accept a higher price, to obtain products not available for general distribution, with the certification of their origin. Gaining a stable group of customers will allow GO to finance the expansion of the scale of operations by cooperation with other beekeepers who, like us, are interested in producing honey with high values and quality parameters, and not necessarily having the ability to reach customers who will properly appreciate such honeys.
