The aim of the project is to develop an alternative technology for the production of broiler chickens using BAFASAL® and BAFACOL bacteriophage preparations directed against Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli. The research will determine the effect of preparations on the production results and chicken health parameters, meat quality, and on the gases emission into the environment. The result of the project will contribute to popularization of the using bacteriophages in poultry production which improve the efficiency and health safety of poultry meat.
