The aim of this project is to develop of improved the curtain ventilation system, and also it will be elaborated the innovative cooling system of a holding area and a milking parlour. An energy-saving air cooling system with a moisture-absorbing section will be developed. This system will use heat from solar energy. Moreover, as part of the project, a system of calves maintain in open facility will be developed, with the use of igloo hutches, a special thermal screens, moving curtains system and anti-wind nets. These solutions will improve microclimatic conditions both in winter and summer. Using these innovative technologies, which have been described above, will lead to better animals health and comfort, milk production at a stable level, as well as the reduction of gas emissions.
