Food from the regions of the Białowieża Primeval Forest will be delivered in the form of parcels to end consumers in the Podlaskie Voivodeship and mainly to the Mazowieckie Voivodeship - Warsaw and the surrounding area. It will be sent in packages to the doorstep of the house. The food will be stored and packaged and delivered to the final consumer. Farmers members of the consortium have experience in agricultural production - poultry farming, and do not have direct sales to the final consumer. The tasks assigned to the consortium members are listed in Appendix 1. All the consortium members are assigned tasks. In addition, each of the consortium members is an agricultural producer, which will ensure that each of them will deliver products to the Consortium Leader, which will conduct joint sales. She will also organize the Podlaska Zagroda Operational Group.

As a result of the Operational Group's actions, end consumers will receive better quality and fresh fruit and at a better price.

The Consortium has purchased a truck - an isotherm, which will allow animal products to be transported safely within the region as well as outside the province. The packaging machine will help preserve the shelf life of meat products. A website with an online application will make it easier for customers to buy products, and improve logistics. The Group's social media promotion will reach a wide audience - from the young (tic-tac-toe) to the elderly (facebook, and other social networks). All purchases made under the agreement will serve to increase demand for products from the region. The website, which will provide information on current activities, will serve to promote vitality from the Podlaskie region.
