Currently, agricultural producers (fruit growers) sell their products themselves to intermediaries / shops or processing plants, obtaining small margins for high-quality products. Establishing a consortium and operating in a group that will start selling directly to consumers will allow for a higher margin and a more permanent relationship between direct consumers and farmers. On the other hand, it will force agricultural producers participating in the consortium to maintain high-quality fruit.

As a result of the Operational Group's actions, end consumers will receive better quality and fresh fruit and at a better price.
