Short supply chains are supposed to shorten the journey of agricultural products from the producer to the consumer. Such an arrangement will be both based on cooperation and will bring tangible benefits to both parties. The consumer will get cheaper food from the farmer and the farmer will get fair payment for his work. The consumer wants to know where the product comes from and it is important for the consumer to support local farms. It is also important to look for low-processed food of reliable origin a long term relationship is established. Proximity to the producer and their guarantee that each farmer commits to a high product quality each member of the group undertakes to exercise due diligence until the products are delivered fresh, celan and adequately protected against injury. Organising promotional campaigns sending out flyers informing local restaurateurs about our activities, promoting the group in the local press and on the radio. Our aim is to create to our own network of contacts. We want to appear at fairs regularly to practice customers to our presence. Collective group sales of local products will create a strong and recognisable brand. Identifying the most advantageous distribution route will allow for more effective sales during the project, as well as afterwards. In order to promote our Smakosik, we also want to expand our sales channels. We are thinking globally in this case. We want to send our parcels to different regions of Poland. Consumer awareness is growing, which is why we want to create a place where, in a very short time, top-quality products can be found on Poles' tables. The quintessence of these assumptions is the establishment of an online shop. Our products will be distinguished by a common label with the Smakoszik logo. Our aim is above all regularity, fast delivery and freshness of the products. We would like to establish a partnership with a housing association or a corporation. A greater variety of products is a definite advantage for us and a greater chance of attracting the interest of potential customers. The customer will purchase a variety of products in one place. It is also a time-saver in today's world. We want to improve customer access so that we can offer our products as quickly as possible after manufacture. Smakoszik Kujawski. there are few places in our area within a 50km radius where you can find more than a dozen basic food products in one place.

Short supply chains are intended to shorten the path of agricultural products from producer to consumer. The benefits of achieving the results of the operation are mutual for both the beneficiary and the producer. The arrangement will be based on interaction. The beneficiary will gain the opportunity to purchase products of the highest quality. These will be fresh, unprocessed and locally sourced products. The linking of the purchased product to a specific farm and, at the same time, the chance to establish acquaintances and cooperation are further positive arguments. The guarantee of each farmer and their commitment to the highest quality products and their proper protection during transport. As far as the latter is concerned, the farms' locations are about 30 km apart, distances are short and transport time is kept to a minimum. from order preparation to delivery to the customer. The omission of intermediaries is another positive that will result in cheaper food. The producer, in turn, will gain a huge opportunity to open up another market for his products. This will be a way to fight unfair competition with dishonest farms often with foreign capital! For the farmers of Smakosik, the financial aspect is important. The farmers represent small and medium-sized, multi-generational family farms, so this is an opportunity to ensure financial liquidity.
