The undertaking is to create milk processing infrastructure of the milk coming from associated farms and to sell the product within RHD. A list of necessary equipment has been beforehand agreed with specialists. After purchasing the equipment, the group will make use of high quality plant. The production of new, as well as traditional quality products is of key importance to the farmers. So is the direct access to the consumers. The main aim is to create and establish brand awareness, as well as significant farmers income increase who find present cooperation with big dairy plants too unsatisfying as far as the profit is concerned.

The main advantages stemming from this undertaking is greater profit improvement for all members but also building a local dairy brand that can further result in expanding the group and supporting a bigger number of milk producers.
