The aim of the consortium is to create a short supply chain and to combine the technical, economic and financial potentials of the consortium members to achieve the objectives of the joint selling project. It will be possible, in particular, by creating a joint offer identified under one brand, based on the experience and recognition of members, using and strengthening the existing distribution channels, which will gain a new meaning due to the implementation of the project due to the synergy effect.
The implementation of the material scope of the project will increase the automation of the process of preparing agricultural products for sale, reduce human labor inputs and allow for the achievement of economies of scale. The cooperation of the members of the group will ensure cost reduction also thanks to the delivery from one place. Each of the members of the operational group conducts sales, but they do not achieve a satisfactory level. The possibility of cooperation and use of bonuses to create common and shorten individual supply chains, will increase the group's potential and provide its offer with a competitive advantage. Established cooperation, professionalism, the possibility of preparing many orders at the same time, will result in the fact that we will acquire regular customers. By using the potential of partners and appropriate preparation of products for sale, it will be possible to go beyond the local market with the offer. Sales to other voivodeships will enable the planned sales levels to be achieved and the acquisition of regular customers. Ultimately, it will also allow for making further development decisions.
The possibility of obtaining a subsidy will eliminate the financial barrier. Shortening the supply chain will eliminate middlemen and generate higher revenues. The sales range reflects the production structure of individual farms. It is also a response to the demand reported by the market.
