Applying for support for shortening supply chains is the result of market analyzes and the needs reported by local producers. The cooperation so far has not adopted formal rules, however, the possibility of financing development activities was a premise for identifying the most urgent investment needs and establishing more formal cooperation. All group members are involved in direct selling. Together, we will build brand recognition and our own distribution channels. We also hope to create a common cluster of local unprocessed products in the future with other groups, including informal ones.
The possibility of cooperation and use of bonuses to create common and shorten individual supply chains, will increase the group's potential and provide its offer with a competitive advantage. Established cooperation, professionalism, the possibility of preparing many orders at the same time, will result in the fact that we will acquire regular customers. It will also allow you to achieve the assumed sales goals and indicators assigned to the project. So far, agricultural production has largely been directed to intermediaries. By using the potential of partners and appropriate preparation of products for sale, it will be possible to go beyond the local market with the offer. Sales to other voivodeships will enable the planned sales levels to be achieved and the acquisition of regular customers. Ultimately, it will also allow for making further development decisions.
All members of the consortium will use the purchased material scope of the project to the full extent. The entire material scope will ensure the achievement of the basic goal for which the operational group was established, i.e. the creation of a supply chain. The elements planned in the material scope will enable sales in neighboring district and sales in voivodship cities (hence the means of transport).
The possibility of obtaining a subsidy will eliminate the financial barrier. Committing the partners to cooperate will allow the use of the synergy effect - combining the potential of partners in the sale of products. Shortening the supply chain will eliminate middlemen and generate higher revenues. The ability to deliver directly to the recipient will significantly increase the number of customers. Cooperation within the group will allow to reduce delivery costs.
