The aim of the operation is to create the possibility of buying home-made agricultural products for consumers directly from the producer (in the case of milk around the clock). The main task will be to increase the sale of milk from the milk vending machine and start milk processing. Another important task will be to launch an online store.

The project assumes an innovative approach to communication with the client. Thanks to this, the food will be produced to order. The value of this approach is the use of the latest ways of communicating on line, ways of conducting communication using the Internet, but also, which should be emphasized, an interesting use of traditional methods, e.g. an innovative approach to the so-called personal sales (personal contact between the customer and the producer and the producer with the customer). Thanks to the use of modern technology, the project introduces the possibility of quick communication and the possibility of reducing the costs allocated to classic promotion and storage costs. The implementation of the project will bring benefits in the form of increasing sales and expanding the sales market by offering products on the Internet. This will increase the profitability of agricultural production on farms of the consortium members.
