The consortium is made up of honey, bee pollen and grain producers. The aim of the group is to create a short supply chain, thus working towards joint sales under a common logo. Joint promotion and advertising will make it possible to produce and sell larger batches of food of the highest possible quality. In response to market demand, the group will introduce several sales models : 1) Direct sales from the production site, where the customer will be able to select the goods himself. 2) Traditional sales at local markets. 3) The Consortium will offer its goods on the Podlasie e - bazaar and website and on Facebook. 4) The next form will be delivery directly to the consumer. The operation will include the purchase of equipment used in the production, processing and sale of honey, bee pollen and grain, including means of transport.

By working together, the group will have products offered for sale to end consumers of the highest possible quality, thus building a stable customer base. A wider assortment produced under one brand will make it easier for customers to buy from one place. It will shorten the supply chain from field to table, eliminating intermediaries, which will benefit both producers and consumers. Reducing intermediaries and contacts will translate into higher quality products on offer.
