The group consists of cooperating farmers, including beekeepers, conducting indivitual production based on unprocessed agricultural products: XY: grain production, apiary, XX: chicken eggs, strawberries, XY: apiary, XY: grain production, apiary, chicken eggs, XY: chicken eggs, organic chokeberry. The realization of the investment will allow for the introduction of the following products; honey in the offer extended by th creamed honey (with the innovative metod, without the involvement of thermal treatment), bee pollen, feather, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, dried ecological chokeberry, hen eggs, dried strawberry. The potential of the group lies in the resources and skills of individual members to obtain high quality raw materials, as well as in the unused by the leader building, which is ideally suited to be adopted as a base for joint processing. The key task will be to adapt the production facilities to the needs of the operating group. Renovation, combined with modernization of the ou

The operation provides for the production and sale of 8 products, including 3 individual agricultural product codes. The operation is linked to the reinforcement of the market position of the group's participants consisting in the creation of added value in connection with the processing of raw materials at farm level and the acquisition of a competitive advantage resulting from the joint promotion of products offered by the various partners. It should be emphasised that the operation will also contribute to the harmonious use of basic natural resources (including organic), as the resulting products will be manufactured through natural processes. It is not without significance that the group's activities are also based on the assumed development of a bee product range. Linking bee-keeping to the possibility of obtaining a stable source of income from it is important in the context of pollination and the work bees do for the environment. In this way, consumers will have stable access to high-quality food, guaranteed by natural processing methods used by well-known (proven) producers.

As a result of the operation, the Agricultural Consortium renovated an outbuilding that will provide facilities for RHD production with an adequate sanitary and veterinary standard. The building was supplied with the necessary equipment, stainless steel tables, mixer taps with showers, pool tables, touchless hand wash basins, cupboards, shelving and cabinets. A range of equipment was also purchased to allow the marketing of the agricultural products produced by the project partners: drying oven, pollen separator, honey decrystallizer, quern mill, scales, sealing machine. To increase the mobility of the apiaries and ensure the transport of products, a braked trailer with an extension was purchased to transport the hives. A website was developed, a logo was designed, along with labels and business cards and leaflets. To ensure production standards, a HACAP system was developed and implemented. Thanks to the implementation of the operation, the members of the agricultural consortium have created a place where they can prepare their products for sale. The equipment purchased will allow the product to be prepared for sale (a quilt mill, a fruit dryer, etc.). Thanks to the use of specialised equipment, the consortium members will extend their offer, e.g. creamed honey, bee pollen, dried fruit, etc., which will make them competitive. By doing so, they will become competitive in the market. By building a common brand, it will be easier to advertise their products and reach more consumers by bypassing intermediaries. Consumers get a healthy product that will reach their table without preservatives, middlemen. Indication of where audiovisual material on the operation has been made available, if any: The beneficiary, together with the other farmers who are part of the operational group, made the audiovisual material of the operation available on their Facebooks. There is probably not an internet user in the world anymore who has never heard of Facebook. This popular social network boasts 901 million monthly active users. This huge potential of Facebook has also been discovered by Internet marketing specialists around the world.
