The Orgalio operating group consists of five farmers with a diverse product mix. Farmers produce and sell organic products such as: groats and spelled flour, dried apples, dried chokeberry, dried lemon balm, fresh raspberries. Producers are registered in the form of an Agricultural Retail at the County State Sanitary Inspection and in the form of direct deliveries and primary production at the County State Sanitary Inspection. In addition, all producers run organic farms and have agricultural producer identification numbers. The sale of products in the consortium will take place by selling to local consumers, usually at home and at a market. Through a wider range of its products, the EPI Group will promote and win customers by placing its products in ecological stores in Białystok and possibly Warsaw.
