The aim of the operation is to create a short supply chain and online sales of agricultural products offered by members of the Por Familia operating group. The group includes farmers, producers of high-quality food and a leader who will organize all online sales. Such a division of roles guarantees the highest economic efficiency of the project. Farmers will get a better price for the products they offer and customers will get access to fresh, high-quality food. The funds from the project will be invested in the implementation of operations aimed at creating a sales platform and improving the quality of the offered products by farmers, for whom the previous analysis showed such a necessity. The leader will comprehensively deal with the sale of products, starting from their transport from the manufacturer, collecting orders, packaging and delivering the order to the customer. The main benefit from the application of the results of the operation will be the increase in profitability of agricultural activities carried out by farmers - members of the operational group. The group consists of eight farmers, each producing a different type of agricultural products. Acting together with the sales organizer, they increase their commercial opportunities by creating a unique offer and getting access to food of known origin, produced by small producers who attach great importance to tradition and quality. Presenting a common, broad offer increases the attractiveness of the online store, which directly influences the increase in product sales and improves the competitiveness of group members. The results are also addressed to the store's customers who are looking for an offer of healthy, high quality food available in a convenient and safe form of an online store. The unique offer gives a real chance for the consumer to buy a set of interesting products as well as to have a sense of acting for a higher cause.
