Thanks to the support of European Union funds under the measure 16 "Cooperation" of the Rural Development Program for 2014-2020, it will be possible to create a short supply chain. It is made up of five farmers who are part of the Healthy Food Campaign - EkoOsieck operational group. It will ensure the possibility of selling agricultural products produced by the members of the operating group that has been created. Achieving this goal will be influenced by the implementation of the material scope. The subsidy will be used to modernize the production process, prepare products for sale and launch an online store. The implementation of the project will ensure the possibility of joint sale for a period of at least 2 years from the final payment under the project. The subject of the operation is the development of production and commercial facilities - adaptation of rooms and the purchase of equipment and software. The created short supply chain will allow to increase the revenues

The establishment of the consortium was aimed at creating a short supply chain and combining the technical, economic and financial potentials of the members of the consortium to implement joint sales. The partners know each other very well and have been cooperating with each other for many years. The offer identified under a common brand will enable them to launch new distribution channels. Each member of the consortium sells on its own account, but does not achieve a satisfactory market share. The offer of the partners is unique on a national scale. There is a great demand on the market for small-scale, high-quality meat and cheese. So far, the partners did not have the infrastructure and equipment for professional sales. The purchased equipment and facilities will enable the preparation of products for sale and the sale itself. It will be possible to meet the demand reported by customers. The greater number of customers means greater promotion of products and the scale of sales. The possibility of obtaining a subsidy will eliminate the financial barrier. Committing the partners to cooperate will allow the use of the synergy effect - combining the potential of partners in the sale of products. Shortening the supply chain will eliminate middlemen and generate higher revenues. The ability to deliver directly to the recipient will significantly increase the number of customers. Cooperation within the group will allow to reduce delivery costs. The sales range reflects the production structure of individual farms. It is also a response to the demand reported by the market. The planned project is economically justified. Obtaining a subsidy will allow for the implementation of the entire material scope. Shortening the supply chain will increase the number of end customers who will pay more than the middlemen. They will buy high-quality goods at a lower price than in health food stores. The possibility of cooperation and use of additional funds to create a supply chain will increase the group's potential and ensure a competitive advantage of the offer. The possibility of using the potential of all partners will directly affect the preparation of products for sale and their sale. Achieving the assumed sales goals will allow achieving the indicators assigned to the project. The implementation of the project will allow the offer to go beyond the voivodeship.
