The aim of the operation is to increase the profitability of farmers belonging to the operating group, through appropriate preparation to sell products produced on farms directly to final recipients and the development and launch of tailored distribution channels, including digital ones. The group wants to base its sales information on locality, quality and actions towards environmental sustainability, as well as showing the composition of all products as well as the methods and techniques of their production. The Group plans to sell products to recipients in the Mazowieckie voivodship, via courier services dedicated to food products, but also deliveries to local recipients in the Mazowieckie voivodship and neighboring voivodships using its own means of transport. Part of the assortment will be available only seasonally, due to, for example, the fruit harvest period, but at the same time the group offers a very diversified assortment, which will allow recipients to choose many interest

The target status that has been achieved is to cyclically increase sales of agricultural products directly to end customers, with an increase of +8% year-on-year. At the same time, the group is expanding the number of farmers in its group, with the aim of eventually reaching 7 suppliers of agricultural products. In terms of the number of customers, group members currently supply their products to 80 consumers. In addition, the available product range has been increased from 11 to 16 products. The group has purchased the necessary equipment for the production and processing of products for sale to consumers.In addition, it has a consistent external communication based primarily on a common logo, which is used both on the website (shop), on the mobile app, and on packaging and labels.

The above-mentioned objectives were achieved.
