The target state is to cyclically increase the sale of agricultural products directly to final recipients, with an increase of + 8% year on year. In terms of the number of recipients, the group members currently deliver their products to 8 consumers, and after the operation is completed, they plan to sell up to 80 per month. In addition, they plan to expand their product range from the current 11 to 16 at the end of the operation. The group plans to purchase the necessary equipment for the production and processing of products intended for sale to consumers in the first place. In addition, the group plans to prepare a coherent external communication based primarily on a common logo, which will be used both on the website (store), in the application for mobile devices, and also on packaging and labels. The group wants to base its sales information on locality, quality and actions towards environmental sustainability, as well as showing the composition of all products as well as the methods and techniques of their production. The Group plans to sell products to recipients throughout Poland, via courier services dedicated to food products, but also deliveries to local recipients in the Mazowieckie and neighboring provinces using its own means of transport. Part of the assortment will be available only seasonally, due to e.g. the fruit harvest period, but at the same time the group offers a very diverse range, which will allow recipients to choose many interesting product packages.
