The undertaking will consist of conducting joint sales of products and preserves (agricultural production) with the use of a stationary store, on - line store with a responsive version for mobile phones, and direct sale at stalls and marketplaces. The sale will be carried out under the common logo of the producers’ group, called “Specjały znad Obry” (“Delicacies from the Obra river area”), which consists of five farmers dealing with the production of high quality products. Their experience gathered over the years has resulted in the desire to cooperate in the continuous improvement of products’ quality and expansion of markets. Members of the group were united by the idea of common direct sale within a short supply chain and increase of competitiveness of the joint offer. Benefits: a joint online store that will introduce the convenience of online ordering of the range of products offered as part of a short sales chain and payment through online banking anytime, anywhere; a common logo - one of the objectives of this project is to build a common brand. To achieve this, the Group plans to create a common Logo in order to mark the products which will be offered by the Group. The logo will help to distinguish the Group’s products among other products that are offered in the region of the Lubusz Voivodeship. The logo will be placed on each product label, advertising materials, website and online store, business cards and leaflets; the label will also be one of the forms of product information and promotion, and will contribute to the recognition of the Consortium's products.

The operation, carried out by the operating group Konsorcjum Specjały znad Obry, has resulted in a shorter supply chain by eliminating intermediaries. The operation developed 3 direct sales models consisting of: 1. direct delivery to the customer; 2. internet sales; 3. sales in a stationary shop. As part of the funding awarded, the following in-kind work was carried out: the roof of the building in which lentils will be stored was modernised; the residential building was extended to include a kitchen (with furniture) in which vegetable and fruit preserves will be produced; a passenger car (with third party and AC insurance) was purchased and used for transporting people and products to sales locations and for running the day-to-day affairs of the consortium; a website was launched with an online shop; a cold shop was purchased and installed for storing blueberries; a pan for making plum products was purchased; a smokehouse and drying room with a cooking cooker were constructed; shelving was purchased (equipment for the stationary shop). In addition, costs were incurred for ongoing expenses such as: accounting and financial support and project coordination; administration and positioning of the online shop; marketing support; comprehensive implementation of the project's data protection system. Ultimately, the group will eliminate intermediaries and introduce joint sales, efficient and quick execution of orders, improve the quality of the products offered, and increase the competitiveness of entities belonging to the operating group. The Group carries out operations through new sales models consisting in: running an online store, a brick-and-mortar store and direct sales at stalls and markets. These models make it possible to reach the customer without intermediaries, which translates into the quality of products and their final price. In addition, the possibility of using a common online store and sales in various places in the province. Lubuskie and Wielkopolskie voivodships allow you to reach a larger group of buyers with your own products at lower selling costs (e.g. one of the consortium members distributes the products of all consortium members at the market). The completed material scope enables production on a larger scale with higher quality.
